Mahila Swavlamban Yojanaનું અરજીપત્રક દરેક જિલ્લાની મહિલા અને બાળ અધિકારીની કચેરીએથી વિના મૂલ્યે મળશે. અરજી ફોર્મ ભરીને રજૂ કર્યા બાદ, અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા તેની ચકાસણી કરીને બેંકોને લોન માટે ભલામણ મોકલવામાં આવે છે.
